We talk a lot about becoming whole — spiritually sound, emotionally grounded, socially aware, financially stable. The temptation is to treat that as one dramatic decision. It almost never is.
1. Start the day before the day starts you
A short, unhurried moment with God before the first notification sets the tone for everything that follows.
Feed your spirit before the day feeds you anything else.
2. Keep one honest relationship
Find one person who will tell you the truth kindly, and stay in touch when nothing is wrong — not only when things fall apart.
3. Finish something small every week
Momentum is a spiritual discipline. A completed small thing builds more faith than a dozen abandoned large ones.
None of these are impressive. That is exactly why they work.
